Expérience d'utilisation fluide et agréable. Des CSM disponibles pour nous accompagner et faciliter l'adoption de l'outil.

Pros

Talentview a été pensé pour optimiser le volume et la qualité des candidatures avec notamment un tunnel de candidature personnalisable pour chaque recrutement, la possibilité de créer des questionnaires de pré-qualification et d'avoir un pitch vidéo des candidats. L'outil est également facilement accessible et a pu être déployé auprès de nos managers. Il permet de travailler plus facilement en mode collaboratif. Un vrai atout dans la gestion quotidienne de nos recrutements.

Cons

La gestion de l'international, c'est un sujet en plein développement chez eux. Certains paramétrages pour la gestion de sociétés multi-marques / multi-enseignes. Des solutions nous ont été proposées pour s'adapter à notre structure.

Pros

Talentview permet un pilotage facile des process via un tunnel candidat optimisé pour tous les niveaux de connaissance et des pratiques (RH et managers). Le fait de pouvoir travailler et échanger sans sortir de la plateforme est un vrai plus. La visibilité sur les retours candidats sur leur parcours de candidature (NPS) est très intéressante. Tout est fait pour nous faire gagner du temps et nous permettre de passer plus de temps avec les candidats vs traitement des données. Installation de l'outil très simple par ailleurs. Très bon suivi en amont et après l'installation de l'outil par les équipes. Beaucoup de conseils et de présence en cas de pb avec un job board. Accompagnement quotidien vraiment apprécié (en ligne et en point de suivi).

Cons

Le nombre de job boards disponibles gratuitement est un peu déceptif (il manque encore Pôle Emploi, Cadremploi, Jobthat make sens). Il manque aussi la partie "notes" liée vraiment à l'annonce (et non sur les commentaires qui descendent automatiquement) . Le fait de devoir demander au support à chaque fois pour désactiver temporairement une licence directeur (même s'ils sont très réactifs).

C'est un vrai plaisir au quotidien, les équipes en sont ravies aussi, TalentView nous a fait gagner un temps incroyable et nous affinons encore mieux notre sélection de candidats grâce à la vidéo.

Pros

Le gain de temps au quotidien, sa simplicité d'utilisation et son côté intuitif.

Cons

Rien à redire ! A part qu'on ne peut pas directement sponsoriser des annonces d'emplois via TalentView. On ne peut les diffuser automatiquement qu'en gratuit ( ce qui est déjà vraiment génial)
