Pros: It's a useful platform based on gamification, perfect for team management and employee engagement. It's the perfect help for busy managers that want to engage employees on day-to-day tasks. The challenges allow you to have an overview of the team.
Cons: Until now, I didn't find any cons on it and if something's not right, their support team is really helpful.
