It saved time, was easy to use, helped keep everything organized, and made it simple to make changes. I especially liked how smooth the attendance process was. I would definitely recommend it to others who need a reliable digital tool for managing courses. Pros I liked being able to schedule the whole course in advance and change things easily when needed. Having the yearly plan ready was very convenient. I also got reminders before each class, and classes only started after facial recognition and scanning, which felt secure and smooth. Attendance tracking was also very convenient. Once I started the session, students could log in, register their face ID, and mark their attendance easily. If there were any technical issues on the students' side, it was simple to make changes. I could check my upcoming classes, upload documents, and students found it easy to access the learning materials for each class. Cons There wasn’t anything I disliked about DigiClass itself—it worked very well for planning, managing, and running classes. The only issue I faced was related to internet connectivity. During some skill lab sessions held in the basement, the Wi-Fi signal was too weak, which made it hard to use DigiClass properly. This meant I couldn’t always access the platform smoothly or take attendance during those times. However, this problem was not caused by the app itself but by the poor network coverage in that area. Before, it was hard to mark my attendance to classes, takes long time to download lectures and videos, but now with digiclass, these problems were never faced. Pros Ease to mark my attendance, know my groups, time and location of classes, who are the teachers for each class, and to have my lectures and quizzes. Cons Sometimes, it is hard to open the app due to poor internet connection. Both attendance taking and tracking is much easier along with accessing course contents. The application also has a calendar section which gives you an overview of each week in the course and the classes you have which helps prepare you for the upcoming days. Pros Digiclass has made attendance taking and tracking so much easier and quicker for students. Unlike the manual method of attendance taking, sessions now do not have to be paused just for the sake of collecting the attendance of students. Each student takes their own attendance via face scan which takes a matter of seconds and then they are shown their total % attendance which is very helpful for students in tracking how many classes/sessions they have missed. Cons The one thing I would say is a bit of a hassle is that the application tends to log you out often. Therefore, you will have to log in almost every other time that you use the application which can stand in the way of you trying to take your attendance quickly or if you are quickly trying to check something in the application. I really hope these and other minor bugs are fixed soon. I'd love to see a new update on it. Customer service is extremely professional and satisfactory. I've always had the help I needed. Overall a really great product I'd love to keep using. Pros It's a really great app that ties the main academic management aspects together. I can see my schedule ahead of time and prepare myself according to that. It's also really nice that we can have access to online materials at one single place. Cons The app still has some issues. It automatically logs me out everyday. When I stated a new course, I was enrolled into my new one.
