It has been a really great experience because the developer team has gave us the opportunity to ask for things that will be useful for us on the system.

Pros

Leansuite has been a strong weapon for us on kaizen management and development, it has helped us on reducing time reviewing and creating submitting sites.

Cons

Several and recurrent bugs that have to be reported

I like that it is easy to use, specially the standard kaizens

Cons

The Major and Advances Kaizens cant be submitted only with leansuite, we need a third party (Google Slides) to review the kaizens

I like that we were able to give employees real-time responses to their ideas quickly. We also saved on paper by going through this electronic process

As one of the first users I expected some hiccups along the way but the team did a great job with rolling out the updates quickly to meet our needs. The system is really easy to use for the user and the admins with a modern design and functionality.

Pros

Love the simplified system.. easy for users to login, visibility of suggestion status & feedback of points awarded all in real time!!

Cons

Email Notifications and analytics are the biggest cons but both are in the pipeline to be released soon.

It’s covering everything that WCM or similar Lean programs are asking to do, in a very effective way

Cons

For some features there is even too much detail, and people working in manufacturing plants may sometimes get a bit frustrated for not managing to fill everything in

Overall this has been exceptional.

Pros

This is a seamless platform with a great in-depth reporting and analytics that has been incredibly beneficial to the team to bring new ideas forward. The support team behind software is also top-notch so makes a lot easier to get started.

Cons

Not really a con but may be there could be more criteria added to award points to employees.
