The system is really easy to use for the user and the admins with a modern design and functionality. Pros Love the simplified system.. easy for users to login, visibility of suggestion status & feedback of points awarded all in real time!! Cons Email Notifications and analytics are the biggest cons but both are in the pipeline to be released soon.
