I have ADHD and struggle with focussed setups. \[sensitive content hidden\] took us through everything and double checked the bits that I had already done. The curvey feature and the way the information is presented is great. It will be nice to know it's all humming away in the background Cons The user interface is too involved and a little overly complicated in my opinion (hence loving the assistance from \[sensitive content hidden\]). This has made a massive impact on our data hygiene efforts and ensures we have the most relevant information for our candidates. Cons That there is no option to send emails / marketing emails at a specific time. Once set up, the platform is intuitive and efficiently automates time-consuming administrative tasks related to candidates and database management. Cons It would be great if the system allowed integrated contact fields, not just candidate fields, to populate directly into the database. MD Consumer Goods Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Because it's worth it!" June 5, 2025 5.0 It is very clever, tech savvy people find it straightforward and once you get used to it, it's easy. I love the way it automatically updates fields and runs effortlessly in the background. Pros \[sensitive content hidden\] are the most helpful tech support people, going above and beyond anything I would expect. Incredibly patient and able to translate the tech into simple, easy to understand language. It has relaly helped us get our Job Adder database up to date and organised. Cons Anything new takes a bit of time to get used to, but keep asking for help and they will give it. We are still learning and using more and more. It does highlight missing or incorrect data in our CRM, so it's created a lot of work, but it is so worth it! They're customer service focused, want to find solutions and will offer ideas or intro's to other businesses to help out. Nothing is too big, or too small to tackle. Pros It automates our base level tasks whilst ensuring we continue to offer high levels of service to clients and candidates. Everything can be edited so you can add your own personal flair but at the very minimum, it helps us stay in touch with everyone (yet not feel that they are speaking with a robot!). Cons Little bit of set up however, the team have been extremely helpful in supporting us with this. Without their help it would have been tricky but they've made it a breeze! The whole team have been very informative, helpful and supportive from the initial training through to the onboarding and building our first automations. They are always on hand to answer questions and create and/or review our templates and campaigns to ensure they are working correctly. Pros The specific and detailed automations and templates you can build and have working in the background to save you loads of time ongoing in relation to marketing, surveys and candidate care. Cons The initial live online learning phase was a bit drawn out - it would be great if the learning could be provided by pre-recorded short demos that you can view in your own time.
