When the rank tracker broke in Jan 2025 after Google implemented anti-scraping measures, I tried reaching out to their support 4 different times over the course of a couple of weeks. Tried their chatbot and I tried some email addresses I found online. No response. I finally just canceled my account. **Pros:** It's very cheap compared to competitors. **Cons:** Customer service is nonexistent. They never respond. Backlink tracker doesn't pick up backlinks that other trackers do.
