"Great to read between the lines when you have tons of data"
Overall: We were convinced from the very beginning to work with licili especially because they had customers that had basically the same issues as we did: large amount of data that had to be clustered in a meaningful way. Great support and always open to new ideas.
Pros: We had the problem that we had basically thousand of single open answers to our questions. Before working with licili we used to spend literelly weeks checking the responses and clustering them manually. Using licili helped us a lot in reducing the time spent significantly and get an optimum overview of what actually bothered our customers and what we would have to do in order to give them a better time at our shows.
Cons: Well the pros kind of are also the cons. The in depth possibilities of licili might be sometimes overwhelming. But if you are really into figures and statistics this is actually something serious you can work with.

Pros: Die Möglichkeit, schnell und einfach aus einer Vielzahl an unstrukturierten Kundenfeedbacks wertvolle Customer Insights abzuleiten. Dazu den kollaborativen Ansatz, mithilfe von intergrierten out of the box Dashboards und Reports schnell und einfach die aktionablen Ergebnisse an verantwortliche Stellen kommunizieren zu können.
Cons: Es gibt aktuell nichts zu beanstanden. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt.

Pros: LiCili unterstützt uns sehr dabei, das Kundenfeedback zu bündeln und automatisiert auszuwerten und zu priorisieren. So können die größten Pain Points der Kund*innen identifiziert werden. Gleichzeit konnte der manuelle Aufwand zum Prüfen der Reviews sehr reduziert werden.
Cons: Damit liCili sinnvoll arbeiten kann, wird kontinuierlich eine angemessene Menge an Daten benötigt. Dies muss berücksichtigt werden.
