Pros

We can manage all messages from one place. It’s easy to use for both parties

Cons

Sometimes you are unable to reply to messages from Instagram if it comes through as ‘anonymous user’ but you don’t know this until you try to send the message. So you can often loose the whole response

Normal messaging system with HIPPA compliant capabilities. It easy to use.

Pros

I liked the ability to integrate with multiple social pages and to be able to respond to messages in one platform. And that it is HIPPA compliant.

Cons

Problems with integrating email correspondence.
