Our experience with Birdeye has been frustrating and disappointing. The service delivered did not match what was promised, and attempts to cancel the subscription were not properly handled, resulting in ongoing charges. We have now escalated this matter to QCAT. Based on our experience, I recommend keeping away from this business.

Pros

Very little to highlight. They are very good at selling their product, all the hype no show. They will not stop taking money out of your account even after numerous emails to stop subscription well in advance before your 12 months are up.

Cons

Service delivery did not match expectations Poor communication and follow through Cancellation requests not actioned Continued billing despite clear instructions

Good, currently use Birdeye for client/customer reviews so accessing all on one platform is a time saver

Pros

Integrates with current customer review platform, easy to view on one website

Cons

Referral page little hard to access at first, had to do additional training and digging on website to figure out how referrals were sent/viewed

I tried Birdeye when it was launched and the concept was great, but the product support was garbage and they couldn't keep track of what they offered my firm for the pricepoint, it kept changing and was a source of frustration for me. offshore support personnel try to be friendly but are fairly useless when you need something done quickly and it takes too many unnecessary steps to get the right person don't he phone

Pros

Sleek design and good product to help get and manage reviews

Cons

Customer support is very poor and the company is unresponsive, pricing is quite high compared to the competition
