La experiencia ha sido muy buena, el sistema es muy amigable y el servicio de mantenimiento post implementación ha sido fundamental. Se han presentado eventos esporádicos relacionados con la transmisión de datos.

Pros

La asignación de cartera por jerarquía de productos, la facilidad de uso mediante pantallas amigables con información completa del cliente, flexibilidad en la parametrización de estrategias, su diseño web permite disponibilidad y rapidez, la administración de buzones es gran utilidad, reportería muy buena.

Cons

Aún no contamos con un reporte de comisiones; la distribución de la cartera por agente en la práctica ha demostrado falta de equidad; toma como promesa cumplida los pagos efectuados en cuentas al día.

Consideramos que las bondades del sistema eran las que mejor de ajustaban a los requerimientos técnicos exigidos por una gestión de cobros moderna.

Es un muy buen producto de fácil uso y con mucha capacidad de adaptación de nuevas funcionalidades, si necesita tener varios enfoques ya que es muy apto para tarjetas de crédito pero tiene oportunidades de mejora en los otros productos bancarios, el precio creo que es muy alto incluso para ser una implementación regional

Pros

La facilidad de poder contribuir en el diseño, la velocidad del producto y que tiene aun margen de poder seguirle mejorando

Cons

La estructura que a pesar de poder hacer cambios algunos terminan siendo caros por el impacto que tienen en la pantalla y que esta adaptado para tarjetas de crédito

Se escogió regionalmente ya se tenía una negociación a pesar de que operativamente hablando no era el más fuerte, pero no ha salido mal hasta el momento
