Pros

The team is very nimble to accommodate any reasonable customizations. The purely cloud solution eliminates the need for on-prem installation or maintenance. One of the best call routing solutions that can be integrated with your CRM to identify the customer, classify them and route them to the right team.

Cons

Both the platform and the team are robust to customize any changes needed for the business. So far haven't seen any limitations.
