Ease of use and localization to KSA where PalmHr has some integrations with regularly used e-gov services

Cons

Benefits management where the details of those benefits are hard to determine. Inability to onboard employees on GOSI and health insurance platforms

The ease of use, the intuitive UX, Social media inspired user interface allows quick getting used to

Cons

The Mobile app requires alot of work. It lacks some functionality like reminders on expiring documents like gosi, CR and other sensitive certificates, i think there is alot more room for integrations with google calendar and drive to say the least.
