It's very user friendly. Pros I like the email reminders of contracts being due for review. This helps keep them current in the system. Cons I don't like the idea of not being able to delete a contract, I currently have to request it be deleted from the system from customer service. It has many flaws and the whole system is very slow. External users refuse to use it, and therefore all the time spent with attempting to use the whole process is moot. Pros I do not like it. Cons It is very slow, and freezes or shuts down. The process is inefficient and most companies and physicians refuse to use the system, so all the work was for nothing.
