They've always very response and helpful every time we have an issue. The product itself is also very easy to use. Cons I don't really have a con. Sometimes the documentation for troubleshooting doesn't quite cover all the issues we've seen though. So for most problems I've had to open a ticket. For the most part it does what it needs to do. Needs to be cheaper. Pros It allowed us to pull back privileged access for our admin users. Cons It's expensive, it took a while to setup. If I have issues with it I'm not sure how to troubleshoot it. Sometimes it just doesn't work at all. Reasons for choosing Netwrix Privilege Secure We already had other Netwrix products. This product diasables the accounts when not in use. Cons Some of the functions could be easier to use. Switched from [CyberArk Privileged Access Management Solutions](https://www.capterra.com/p/119742/Privileged-Account-Security-Solution/) We moved to nutanix as our vmware and we would have had to have pay cyberark to move it to the new platform.
