Pros

OmniStar has a rich feature set that can be customised for each clients requirements and needs. This allows flexibility in the product to scale to meet the needs of each client.

Cons

There are a few possible ways in which the workflow can break if the steps are not followed or a product feature is incorrectly used. Functions that are not specific to the client should be 'disabled' to avoid breaking the client-specific workflow.
