Additionally, I love how candidates can be filtered on the basis of expected CTC, years of experience, etc. Cons The low speed and delay in receiving applications is something that can be worked upon and improved. Coz generally it is difficult to keep track of the candidates. Cons I feel the interface a little complicated and not updated as per the currect UX patterns.
