I think the UI can be improved on the page where a list of jobs page shown with more job filters. There is no candidate recommendation on the job so the recruiter can select them. Pros I like mostly the talent pool in which we can store all Resumes at a centralized location instead of the old ways of storing them at the system and parsing them and getting candidates' detilas. Later I can filter out them accordingly. Reports and job postings provide a very good user experience. Cons Dashboard UI which always confused me, what should I do?
