It was a good experrience as I am able to gather all the profiles in 1 place and it is making my job of managing the whole process easierr.

Pros

Parser is one I liked the most. It is very accurate and fetches most of the information accurately

Integration with 3rd party application will be useful

Not Great, I paid for customization which was not delivered in timelines promised. I had to follow-up for a months to get 1 feature rolling which is not function after roll-out. I would not recommend it to any Mid or large employers

Pros

Job posting feature is good it connect with multiple job boards which gets you a good traction on applications

Cons

Except job board everything like UI, Parsing, Interview scheduling, to Customer Support and so on is not worth.. Good for beginner and not for a matured or start-ups

My team is still using this ATS and is has proven the best option for us as compared to other ATS in the market. The data management and Application tracking with customizable options in every possible way is the uniqueness of this ATS which makes us to make changes upon process innovation at every level.

Pros

The uniqueness of customization at every level as compared to other ATS having lots of constrains and unalterable options is what PyjamaHR is best at. AI integrated JD creator option is much relevant for many profiles, say it Technical or Non Technical jobs. Best ATS at this price segment Best data management and robust data uploads into the system. Optimum use of UI for better clarity at every stage and every menu.

Cons

Sometimes the site cracks for few minutes and you have to login multiple times.

Previous ATS we used had lots of constraints, my team had to frame the process by default with the provided options which had few setbacks in recruiting the right talent for some special requirements, PyjamaHR provided us the free hand to customize our process requirements as we were looking for at our organization.

Over all experience was good. I posted number of jobs and attract some of the best candidates through PyjamaHR.

Pros

It posted a job not just on Company's Career page but various platforms to attract the best candidates for the given role. Moreover it does all for free. That's the best part about the PyjamaHR.

Cons

The recruiter who posted a job should be given an option whether the candidates applied on his job post can be seen to other recruiters or not.

Pyjama HR solves a big gap in the Talent Acquisition Process by using Augmented Intelligence. ATS makes it much easier to manage the candidates now. Job posting responses is way better relevancy than any other platform with the help of options given to use filters. this is a slick system and a great way of analyzing potential candidates. The system is simple to use and extremely effective

Bulk resume parsing is limited to 50 profiles in 1 go

PyjamaHR makes recruitment easy, and the overall experience is good. I think the UI can be improved on the page where a list of jobs page shown with more job filters. There is no candidate recommendation on the job so the recruiter can select them.

Pros

I like mostly the talent pool in which we can store all Resumes at a centralized location instead of the old ways of storing them at the system and parsing them and getting candidates' detilas. Later I can filter out them accordingly. Reports and job postings provide a very good user experience.

Cons

Dashboard UI which always confused me, what should I do? I am also confused about typing the domain, pyjamhr.com, or app.pyjamahr.com.
