Pros

PyjamaHR is undoubtedly one of the best solutions for Talent Acquisition. As someone who has experienced the challenges of sifting through hundreds of CVs daily, this software has been a lifesaver. Its powerful ATS (Applicant Tracking System) makes screening and shortlisting candidates incredibly easy and efficient. Not only does it save a significant amount of time, but it also reduces recruitment cost.

Cons

Not as such but should give more timing on Training and should give trial also.

Overall, my experience with Pyjama HR has been exceptional. The platform has brought a significant positive change to my business by making the hiring process faster and more efficient. After posting a job, I receive qualified applications within a day, and the tools provided make managing and tracking candidates straightforward. The screening questions feature has further streamlined the process by allowing me to filter candidates before the initial contact. Pyjama HR has been invaluable in helping me successfully hire candidates for my clients.

Pros

What I like most about Pyjama HR is how it has completely transformed my recruitment process. Before using this platform, I was posting jobs in over 100 WhatsApp groups and more than 10 LinkedIn groups with minimal success in finding qualified candidates. Pyjama HR changed that by allowing me to post jobs once and have them automatically distributed across multiple job boards, LinkedIn, and Google Jobs at no extra cost. Their job boost option is also very cost-effective, posting jobs on over 50 job boards for just a small fee. I especially appreciate the Trello-like board view, which allows me to create custom stages for candidates and easily track their progress. Another standout feature is the ability to add screening questions for each job, which has been invaluable in pre-screening candidates before reaching out to them. Additionally, the quick search functionality lets me find any candidate application in seconds using just a mobile number or email.

Cons

The only minor issue I’ve encountered is a lag when editing screening questions, only when changing the question type (e.g., from single choice to paragraph answer) quickly. If done slowly, it works fine, but when done too fast, it may cause the system to lag, and I have to restart the process from the beginning. However, the previously entered screening questions are saved, so I only need to re-enter the job details.

Its one of the best ATS based system, where in it is very easy to manage candidate life cycle throughout his / her selection and till onboarding.

Cons

Some more features can be added for profile segregations like Low, Medium and High for easy navigation between profiles and this can help us to save more time for received CV's.

Great experience. Saves a lot of cost for us. Parsing is a good feature. The parsing ML model is trained well i feel If the lagging issue could be rectified, it would be great!

Pros

Resume parsing is the best feature I have also used other ATS but their UI/Ux is not as good as Pyjama

Cons

The software is buggy and hangs a lot, if you could look into it. It would be really helpful I used to be able to add external uninvited interviewers to take interviews but since yesterday i am unable to do so without inviting them.

Amazing just one word! Very good portal for recruiters.

Pros

As i being in HR team it was very much useful for me, time saving and we get everything at one pace , we get candidates from different portals consolidated here. and moreover we even get to know based on our JD it also ranks candidates wether he/she is highly recommended or has less skills. Basically i personally belive from my exp of using it, is very handy easy to use and very good a must have for all the recruiters out there.

i dont link anythng as such i dislike about PyjamaHR.

Currently, it is my most used platform in terms of hiring and I have recommended it to few of my fellow recruiters as well.

Pros

The clean design and well-organized dashboard provide a seamless experience for HR professionals and candidates . The collaborative hiring features also facilitate communication among team members. Additionally, I love how candidates can be filtered on the basis of expected CTC, years of experience, etc.

Cons

The low speed and delay in receiving applications is something that can be worked upon and improved.

overall, it is a helpful tool which has most of the advanced and important features a company would require. we are happy with PyjamaHR and have started saying no to other sales calls we receive from HRMS/ATS providers

Pros

PyjamaHR is a free forever tool. doesn't have to worry about cost, it gives a breathing space for companies who is their early stage of business.

Cons

it doesnt have the facility to allocate the resumes to team members, all the resumes can be accessed by all the team members which some times creates confusion (more than 2 recruiters in my team calls the same candidate on the same day)
