Una vez implementado comenzamos a realizar los mismos con Protecnus, lo cual nos llevo bastante tiempo poder diseñar las particularizaciones que necesitabamos para adaptar el sistema a las normativas de ARgentina y sobre todo de la Cidad de Buenos Aires. Dentro de ventajas, nos permite tener material fotografico de las instalaciones y obliga a los tecnicos a realizar realmente todos los controles. Pros Pese a su falta de performance, la aplicacion esta bien diseñada. Me gusta el nivel de detalle al que accede a reportar el tecnico al realizar los servicios. Los reportes y la planificacion me parece muy bien diseñada. Cons El cliente de windows. Es extremadamente lento y poco performante. Suele tener problemas con los permisos de windows y no posee algo tan basico como un autoupdater. Inicialmente usamos el cliente mediante RDP y pensabamos que la falta de performance era culpa de la conexion, pero al tenerlo localmente se mantuvo la misma. Esto es necesario para apliar un poco más la información una vez se revisa en las oficinas con más calma.
