"Makes hybrid policies easier and more predictable"

**Overall:** I mainly use Archie to book desks when I decide to go into the office. It’s simple enough that I don’t need any instructions and works consistently.

**Pros:** Very easy to book a desk in a few seconds. I also like being able to see where colleagues are sitting before I go in, which helps planning office days.

**Cons:** The floor map can feel slightly slow to load when many people are using the system at the same time in the morning.

"Reliable and efficient for daily operations"

**Overall:** Archie is stable, quick, and easy to train new staff on. Most of all it is highly customizable so you can get it to do (almost) exactly what you need.

**Pros:** Even with multiple members and changing needs, we’re able to update plans and manage bookings without friction.

**Cons:** Minor bugs especially when new features are rolled out. Plus, sometimes they are not communicated that well.
