"Great visitor management solution"

Overall: What I love about Archie is that we can pre-register visitors so when they come in all they have to do is scan a QR code to check-in, and they automatically get instructions on where to go. We also have a sign-in form for non-registered visitors, and the process is quite simple in that case as well. It saves our team a lot of time, and gives a great first impression to our guests.

Pros: The platform is highly customizable, and their team even developed a feature for us within the first 30 days of our contract, which is something I'm pretty sure would have not been possible with other solutions. And even more important, our team finds it really easy to use!

Cons: I haven't found any issues at the moment, although personally I would like more automations in place when it comes to notifications.

"Archie for Hybrid Offices"

Overall: I manage a small team in a mid-sized office space and Archie has become my go-to tool for everything from desk booking to visitor management. When we host events, we can pre-register all attendees and make check-ins very fast when they arrive. For day-to-day alignment, it's great for booking meeting spaces or checking the schedule of the team.

Pros: The visitor management system is top-notch. It’s easy to set up custom check-in flows, the app itself is very intuitive, and the notifications when guests arrive are super helpful.

Cons: Updating floor plans is not easy, their team is ready to help which is awesome, but if there was a quick way for us to do it ourselves, it would be great. Anyway it's somthing only relevant in case of office expansions or major changes, so not a big deal.

"Powerful and easy to use"

Overall: It's simple to reserve a spot, select work-from-home days, update our startus and aligning with my colleages on their schedule.

Pros: Very easy booking process for desks, phone booths, meeting rooms or occasionally private offices. The mobile app is great, and everything is in sync with Outlook.

Cons: It would be nice to be able to customize what reminders and notifications I want to get.

"A complete solution for coworking"

Overall: With Archie our space can manage memberships, payments, bookings, and other aspects of the workspace. We use the Visitor app to register tours and guest, the Rooms app for meeting room reservations, and the main Archie app for everything else, like community feed, ticketing system, billing and payements and so on..

Pros: We were able to really integrate it into other tools we use, including payment providers, accounting software, WiFi networks and door access control. Next on our list is to do the same for printers, they have two native integrations there and we need to decide which one to go for.

Cons: The set up takes a bit of time, becase while the user interface is very simple and intuitive, the software behind is quite complex and powerful so you need to think about different ways you can set things up. Anyway, it's more of a one-time effort, but definitely the type of software you need to spend some time configuring (but luckily their onboarding team was very helpful).

"Very happy with Archie"

Overall: I’m impressed by how easy Archie makes it to coordinate meeting room bookings across multiple locations. You just select the office or filter by floor, capacity, or equipment, and you're good to go. They also offer a wayfinding map for first time users that may not be familiar with the office layout.

Pros: Easy to use with multiple locations, lots of different ways to filter rooms and resources, and nice integration with Slack for notifications.

Cons: I wish they had a feature that automatically suggests a lower capacity room when available, so that if a 4-people team is booking a room that has capacity for 8, but a smaller meeting space is available, they are encouraged (but not forced to) select the other one.

"A great experience so far"

Overall: We implemented Archie to manage our hybrid work schedule and it's been a great solution for our team. The mobile app works well and most of all it's really easy to book, confirm or release desks and rooms.

Pros: Nice interface, very quick to book a desk or manage reservations, and it's synced to our Google Calendar so we see everything there as well.

Cons: It would be nice if the notifications could be more easily customized by each users.

"Doesn't get much better than this"

Overall: For the price, this software is great. We were quoted up to 3X as much by larger companies, while Archie has all the features we need and modern user interface, definitely worth the investment! We use it to manage different aspects of our office, from desk reservations to visitor sign-in.

Pros: "- Fair price point - Lots of features - Highly customizable - Great visual floor plans - Integration with Teams - Great customer support"

Cons: "- Initial setup takes some time - Reports are good but hard to customize - White labeling costs extra"

"Amazing coworking app!"

Overall: Archie really covers everything I need: credits for desk booking, easy way to manage memberhsip plans, ticketing system, news board, and even a directory for networking across the coworking space.

Pros: Great usability, everything is really straightforward and easy to use, despite tons of features being packed into the software. They really did a great job.

Cons: We experienced some delays when rolling out the solution the first time, which was not ideal.

"Great cloud-based workplace and visitor management system"

Overall: Very easy to use, the app comes with interactive floor plans and list views of all bookable resources for the entire office. You can also see which visits are planned on a certain day and who is onsite in real-time.

Pros: Modern interface (both on web and mobile), really fast, easy to filter for desks or room available, and generally a very user friendly software.

Cons: There are no tooltips the first time you use it, it would be a nice addition.

"Straightforward and effective coworking app"

Overall: It’s a pretty straightforward software. I don’t have to jump through hoops to book a room or a desk, which is nice. Also they support notifications for when guests arrive and register at the front desk, which is awesome.

Pros: Simple and fast booking process. I can see all the available rooms and desks with just a few clicks, and get notified on Slack on within the Archie app.

Cons: It would be nice if the search function were better, either by adding more filter or by adding favorite resources.

"Makes it easier to manage visitors"

Overall: Visitors can register in advance and check-in when they arrive, or fill out the registration form on the spot. If they do the latter, the form changes depending on the type of visit, and they can even sign specific agreements as part of the registration.

Pros: Easy to use, this is the most important thing for us since otherwise we end up having to support visitors which defeats the whole purpose of the system.

Cons: They offer decent analytics on visitor behavious, but I would like to be able to customize those further.

"Good option for coworking spaces"

Overall: We’ve been using Archie for almost a year, and it’s worked well for managing our coworking space. The system has different settings that adapted to the different subscriptions that we offer.

Pros: The integration with Stripe works great, we have the subscription payments automated, it is a true time saver!

Cons: It would be nice to have the option to send email templates to specific customers, currently , the templates are shared with all customers

"Makes the managing process easier"

Overall: I find Archie really helpful for managing bookings, payments, and member communication. It’s not perfect, but it’s a huge step up from what we were using before. Its price adapts perfect to our needs

Pros: It's very easy to review your customer's information, everything can be found in one place which saves a lot of time specially when we have to handle with different customers

Cons: Setting everything up initially was a bit time-consuming, but once everything was done, you don't have to chance anything else unless that you are adding a new item

"Makes it easy to find available desks and rooms"

Overall: I’ve been using this software for a while to book coworking spaces, and I’m happy with how it works. It’s simple and gets the job done, which is all I really need.

Pros: I like how I can see everything available in one place. It’s easy to find the type of space I need.

Cons: Sometimes the layout is a bit confusing, and I wish it was easier to see all the options without clicking around too much.

"Simple app to book meeting rooms"

Overall: I’ve been using Archie to book conference rooms at our office and it works well. I usually use the mobile app, but I can also check availability on the screens outside of the rooms.

Pros: Very quick to book a desk or a meeting room. Everything is laid out clearly, I know exactly what’s available, and I can quickly confirm or change my reservations.

Cons: The app usaully loads fast, however a couple of times I had to wait a bit.

"A great way to automate visitor processes"

Overall: The visitor features are combined with room and desk booking options, which means I can easily have a reservation ready whenever I am meeting a client or job applicant, and everything is always in sync. The solutions works well and I am happy we started using it at our office.

Pros: I get a message whenever a visitor check-in at the front desk, and they also get notified that I will be with them shortly. It's a nice and convenient way to manage office guests and it definitely saves me some time.

Cons: I am missing a simpler way to see upcoming office visits from external people along with my space bookings, ideally something I would have in their mobile app.

"Fantastic customer service"

Overall: Archie is a great tool to manage office spaces. We use it for different things, but the visitor management product is what we use the most. The few times I had issues their support team was super friendly and effective in solving our problem, I really felt they had our back there.

Pros: Great customer support team, ready to help us when we need it. They don't offer direct phone support unfortunately, but the response times have always been pretty fast.

Cons: A nice addition to their suite of tools would be emergency notifications, which right now is possible manually but not in an automated way.

"The perfect desk booking software!"

Pros: Archie is powerful and super use friendly. It takes me a couple of secondes only to book my desk every week when I go to the office

Cons: The software is great, I don't see negative things. Highly recommend.

"Super easy to reserve desks and register office visits"

Overall: Perfect for hybrid offices or other high-traffic facilities, in our case it's a life saver as we finally have all visitor data and employee schedules in a single app, without jumping across different tools. Definitely saves me a lot of time.

Pros: What I like the most is that everything is really easy from a user perspective, you can switch from floor map to list with one tap, access upcoming reservations or scheduled visits also with one tap, everything is there.

Cons: Can't pin point anything specific, maybe more customization options but it works well for me.

"Very positive experience"

Overall: We use Archie for registering visitors as well as managing conference spaces, desks, and community areas. The software is intuitive and very user friendly. It covers a lot of different aspects of office management, including deliveries or space capacity monitoring.

Pros: Highly customizable and simply works well. Their team has been very helpful both during the setup and in the few occasions where we needed assitance.

Cons: They could segment more how the different modules are displayed in the web app to make it even easier for new hires to understand how everything works.

"A shared office essential"

Overall: I definitely enjoy the modern UI and the fact that it does a lot more than just room and desk booking. I can see who is working from home for example, or schedule visits to other offices.

Pros: Lots of features! And it has always worked really well for me.

Cons: The app's UI is intuitive but also very minimalistic, not a huge fan.
