Pros

The digital log is super helpful, especially when we need to pull data for audits or reports.Overall,we do enjoy it

Cons

Visitor badge printing is sometimes delayed by a few seconds, but it’s not a major issue which can cause anything

I mostly interact with Archie through the mobile app. If I decide to go into the office, I just open the app and reserve a desk in less than a minute. It’s a simple workflow that makes hybrid work easier.

Pros

Fast desk booking, clear office map, and the ability to see where colleagues are sitting. The app is very easy to use.

Cons

Sometimes the map takes a moment to load when a lot of people are booking desks early in the morning.

Pros

Visitors just walk in, sign on the tablet, and the person they're meeting gets notified right away. It feels really polished.

Cons

We struggled a bit with the badge printing process but it was solved with the help of their team.

I’m impressed by how easy Archie makes it to coordinate meeting room bookings across multiple locations. You just select the office or filter by floor, capacity, or equipment, and you're good to go. They also offer a wayfinding map for first time users that may not be familiar with the office layout.

Pros

Easy to use with multiple locations, lots of different ways to filter rooms and resources, and nice integration with Slack for notifications.

Cons

I wish they had a feature that automatically suggests a lower capacity room when available, so that if a 4-people team is booking a room that has capacity for 8, but a smaller meeting space is available, they are encouraged (but not forced to) select the other one.

We don't waste time coordinating access anymore, and instant notifications about visitors or bookings keep everyone informed.

Pros

Checking in visitors is pretty easy, they just scan a QR code to retreive their information, and complete the registration in less than a minute.

Cons

Recurring visits are not so easy to handle, it would be great to have something similar to what they offer for rooms and desks for recurring schedules.

Operational tasks are simpler now, we spend less time on manual admin work and more time engaging with our members directly.

Pros

We used a non-dedicated space scheduling tool before and it only go us to a point, switching to an actual coworking software helped us automate many other aspects of our operations... memberships, invoices, payments, sometimes natively sometimes via integrations.

Cons

The onobarding gudies are nice but kind of lenghty and they take time to go through, simpler overviews would be nice for new users.

No more confusion or manual processes for office visits, it's easy to find an available space quickly even on the same day.

Pros

It's super clear which desks are free at any moment, I can access a list or office map, see where people are, and immediately know what to reserve.

Cons

In the case of very large office spaces the floor maps don't work as well unless they are broken up in different sections, in which case you end up with more filters to deal with each time.

Pros

I like that we get real-time updates when someone checks in or a meeting room gets occupied. Overall, team use it pretty often

Cons

Minor usability issues like all software but nothing too bad. More deeper accuracy would be appreciated in terms of analytics

We implemented Archie to manage our hybrid work schedule and it's been a great solution for our team. The mobile app works well and most of all it's really easy to book, confirm or release desks and rooms.

Pros

Nice interface, very quick to book a desk or manage reservations, and it's synced to our Google Calendar so we see everything there as well.

Cons

It would be nice if the notifications could be more easily customized by each users.

Archie does what you expect it to. It’s straightforward and simply works + new hires pick it up quickly.

Pros

Setup was surprisingly quick, and the support team helped us import our floor plans and set up the different policies and settings we wanted to have in place.

Cons

Everything has to be tied to a user, you have privacy settings, but admins can still see who booked what.

For the price, this software is great. We were quoted up to 3X as much by larger companies, while Archie has all the features we need and modern user interface, definitely worth the investment! We use it to manage different aspects of our office, from desk reservations to visitor sign-in.

Visitors can register in advance and check-in when they arrive, or fill out the registration form on the spot. If they do the latter, the form changes depending on the type of visit, and they can even sign specific agreements as part of the registration.

Pros

Easy to use, this is the most important thing for us since otherwise we end up having to support visitors which defeats the whole purpose of the system.

Cons

They offer decent analytics on visitor behavious, but I would like to be able to customize those further.

Pros

Setting up different plans, allocating credits, and allowing self-service bookings really cuts down on admin time.

Cons

Some of the reporting is a bit limited if you want granular data beyond the basics, so that's something that could be improved...

Without Archie I would have to manage so many things manually or have different tools for everything - the experience has been reall good over the past year of using it!

Pros

There are lots of features and customization settings, which also means it requires some work to set up the first time, but then automates a lot stuff once you are up and running!!

Cons

There are definitely smaller features or options I would like to have in implemented, but all of the main products already offer a lot.

Archie is stable, quick, and easy to train new staff on. Most of all it is highly customizable so you can get it to do (almost) exactly what you need.

Pros

Even with multiple members and changing needs, we’re able to update plans and manage bookings without friction.

Cons

Minor bugs especially when new features are rolled out. Plus, sometimes they are not communicated that well.

We switched to Archie recently to handle both room bookings and visitor check-ins, and it’s been a fantastic upgrade. For the first time I heard a visitor commenting on how easy it was to check in with their QR code and how it made a great first impression.

Pros

The QR code system is simple and efficient and the instruction and wayfinding features are helpful in guiding guests or first-time visitors.

Cons

They don't support watchlists. Would be nice to have it

Very easy to use, the app comes with interactive floor plans and list views of all bookable resources for the entire office. You can also see which visits are planned on a certain day and who is onsite in real-time.

Pros

Modern interface (both on web and mobile), really fast, easy to filter for desks or room available, and generally a very user friendly software.

Cons

There are no tooltips the first time you use it, it would be a nice addition.

I like that it removes the guesswork from plannig office days. You just check the app, see the schedule and press "sit next to them".

Pros

The integration with Teams is great. Notifications, check-in, direct booking. Happy they will integrated visitors too in it.

Cons

I really wish the app could remember my favorite desk automatically or make it faster to rebook a resource.

The app feels modern and runs well. That might sound basic but it truly matters, and the experience is just as good on web although i use that less often.

Pros

Mobile and desktop both work great, lots of functionalities, and they update small aspects of the product very often.

Cons

The non-English language versions of the UI are auto translated I think, that's the feedback I got. Doesn't affect me personally but it might for some visitors switching language.

The visitor features are combined with room and desk booking options, which means I can easily have a reservation ready whenever I am meeting a client or job applicant, and everything is always in sync. The solutions works well and I am happy we started using it at our office.

Pros

I get a message whenever a visitor check-in at the front desk, and they also get notified that I will be with them shortly. It's a nice and convenient way to manage office guests and it definitely saves me some time.

Cons

I am missing a simpler way to see upcoming office visits from external people along with my space bookings, ideally something I would have in their mobile app.

Archie is a great tool to manage office spaces. We use it for different things, but the visitor management product is what we use the most. The few times I had issues their support team was super friendly and effective in solving our problem, I really felt they had our back there.

Pros

Great customer support team, ready to help us when we need it. They don't offer direct phone support unfortunately, but the response times have always been pretty fast.

Cons

A nice addition to their suite of tools would be emergency notifications, which right now is possible manually but not in an automated way.

Perfect for hybrid offices or other high-traffic facilities, in our case it's a life saver as we finally have all visitor data and employee schedules in a single app, without jumping across different tools. Definitely saves me a lot of time.

Pros

What I like the most is that everything is really easy from a user perspective, you can switch from floor map to list with one tap, access upcoming reservations or scheduled visits also with one tap, everything is there.

Cons

Can't pin point anything specific, maybe more customization options but it works well for me.
