It's handy enough to make working in the office a well-planned experience. Pros Knowing who is in your neighbouring desks and where to find the colleague you want to have a chat. Another thing I like very much is that you can actually make a recurring booking. Cons So far, I haven't found anything that I do not like. If I have to name one, it may be that if the persons have the same initials, it would be good to show a photo if available when pop up on the initial. Review Source JA Julia A. Also love that it gives us an overview of the office. Pros Super easy to use and great user experience! Also love the fact that you can easily see who is at the office at the same time. I can see who is working from home for example, or schedule visits to other offices. Pros Lots of features! And it has always worked really well for me. The software is intuitive and very user friendly. It covers a lot of different aspects of office management, including deliveries or space capacity monitoring. Pros Highly customizable and simply works well. Their team has been very helpful both during the setup and in the few occasions where we needed assitance. Cons They could segment more how the different modules are displayed in the web app to make it even easier for new hires to understand how everything works. Review Source Amanda G. Pros Aside from a postive support experience, the platform is very easy to use once you have it fully up and running. Last week, I had to schedule back-to-back client meetings, and the visitor management feature ensured everyone knew exactly where to go and who to contact. Pros Smooth visitor registration, great communication tools for guests, and syncing with Google Calendar is a lifesaver. I usually use the mobile app, but I can also check availability on the screens outside of the rooms. Pros Very quick to book a desk or a meeting room. Everything is laid out clearly, I know exactly what’s available, and I can quickly confirm or change my reservations. Cons The app usaully loads fast, however a couple of times I had to wait a bit.
