### "Great visitor management solution"

What I love about Archie is that we can pre-register visitors so when they come in all they have to do is scan a QR code to check-in, and they automatically get instructions on where to go. We also have a sign-in form for non-registered visitors, and the process is quite simple in that case as well. It saves our team a lot of time, and gives a great first impression to our guests.

Pros

The platform is highly customizable, and their team even developed a feature for us within the first 30 days of our contract, which is something I'm pretty sure would have not been possible with other solutions. And even more important, our team finds it really easy to use!

Cons

I haven't found any issues at the moment, although personally I would like more automations in place when it comes to notifications.

Fantastic overall - I have enjoyed my experience and will continue to enjoy it as well as we grow together in our partnership.

Pros

The platform is fantastic to use as an administrator and end user. I've had positive feedback from our co-working members who need access to information quickly, and to be able to manage their overall experience of our space we provide. The customer service team is also incredible and attentive, providing direct, clear, concise responses with video support. I have given feedback on the product and it goes into their feedback loop, so I feel heard.

Cons

Payment integration functionality needs work to incorporate solutions and gateways outside of Stripe only. Square for example is how we manage our payment services and it doesn't integrate without developer time that is costly. Another area for improvement is mass downloads of documents and invoices for team and individual accounts. I needed to turn this around in 24 hours, and had to do it 1:1 which was cumbersome and an energy zap. There is room for improvement in the reporting and analytics function as well.

Clunky in both set up and execution. The integrations were great with a plethora of options that would work for advertising to payments, but it had too many dependencies and plug ins, and without a user friendly guide in place, I had to run around like a mouse chasing cheese to find where the root cause problem lived.

Very flexible booking system and good visibility into availability. Their team has also been helpful whenever we needed guidance.

Cons

It took me a little while to fully grasp some of the more advanced configuration settings for memberships.

We have been on the system now for a little over a year. We moved from one of your competitors. The system works well for us. We like the fact that you have listened to our requests and made improvements to the system.

Pros

Product is always improving. You listen to your customers and make changes. The product gets better all the time.

Cons

Sometimes we cannot access the system and there are issues with the system locking up. They are not common.

With Archie our space can manage memberships, payments, bookings, and other aspects of the workspace. We use the Visitor app to register tours and guest, the Rooms app for meeting room reservations, and the main Archie app for everything else, like community feed, ticketing system, billing and payements and so on..

Pros

We were able to really integrate it into other tools we use, including payment providers, accounting software, WiFi networks and door access control. Next on our list is to do the same for printers, they have two native integrations there and we need to decide which one to go for.

Cons

The set up takes a bit of time, becase while the user interface is very simple and intuitive, the software behind is quite complex and powerful so you need to think about different ways you can set things up. Anyway, it's more of a one-time effort, but definitely the type of software you need to spend some time configuring (but luckily their onboarding team was very helpful).

Highly customizable and loaded with lots of automated feature and actions allowing us to manage our space and memberships effectively! The mobile experience is terrific and and tremendous improvement for our members.

Some native language and actions in the platform are not as intuitive as we'd like, such as the process of enabling refunds and account credits.

Archie helped us replace several small tools we were using for desks, meeting rooms, and visitors. Everything is now centralized which makes life easier for both employees and the operations team. Overall the experience has been very positive.

Pros

Very reliable booking system, easy integrations with calendars, and a clean interface. Employees adopted it quickly which is always the hardest part with new tools.

Cons

It would be nice to have more customization options for some parts of the interface, especially when configuring the navigation menu.

I manage a small team in a mid-sized office space and Archie has become my go-to tool for everything from desk booking to visitor management. When we host events, we can pre-register all attendees and make check-ins very fast when they arrive. For day-to-day alignment, it's great for booking meeting spaces or checking the schedule of the team.

Pros

The visitor management system is top-notch. It’s easy to set up custom check-in flows, the app itself is very intuitive, and the notifications when guests arrive are super helpful.

Cons

Updating floor plans is not easy, their team is ready to help which is awesome, but if there was a quick way for us to do it ourselves, it would be great. Anyway it's somthing only relevant in case of office expansions or major changes, so not a big deal.

Guest arrival notifications, easy check-ins and possibility to integrate forms and surveys, and the ability to access different data points about visitor or employee office attendance.

Cons

Setting up our custom workflows took longer than expected, but once it was done, everything worked perfectly.

It helped us combine two things we used to do separately: visitor access and managing desk reservations. Other desk booking software offered only a very simple VMS, we chose Archie as it was more complete.

Pros

Visitors check in at the front while our team uses the same platform to reserve desks or meeting rooms. It's all in one place now!

Cons

Not a huge deal but it takes a few steps to cancel a booking, an "undo" button would make that faster.

It would be nice to be able to customize what reminders and notifications I want to get.

Great usability, everything is really straightforward and easy to use, despite tons of features being packed into the software. They really did a great job.

Really stellar, the Archie team takes care of you from start to finish with multiple onboarding sessions and prompt support. The platform has really grown to support our business in more ways than one. With affordable monthly pricing, White Labeled applications and so much more, it’s hard to look anywhere else.

Pros

The customer service is impeccable. We’ve had internal issues arise on the platform and without fail they resolve the issue within a couple hours so we can keep our members going!

Cons

In the beginning phases of my subscription Archie lacked many integrations. This was later fixed after a few more months of development on their end.

It’s a pretty straightforward software. I don’t have to jump through hoops to book a room or a desk, which is nice. Also they support notifications for when guests arrive and register at the front desk, which is awesome.

Pros

Simple and fast booking process. I can see all the available rooms and desks with just a few clicks, and get notified on Slack on within the Archie app.

Cons

It would be nice if the search function were better, either by adding more filter or by adding favorite resources.

It's very easy to review your customer's information, everything can be found in one place which saves a lot of time specially when we have to handle with different customers

Cons

Setting everything up initially was a bit time-consuming, but once everything was done, you don't have to chance anything else unless that you are adding a new item

We’ve been using Archie for almost a year, and it’s worked well for managing our coworking space. The system has different settings that adapted to the different subscriptions that we offer.

Pros

The integration with Stripe works great, we have the subscription payments automated, it is a true time saver!

Cons

It would be nice to have the option to send email templates to specific customers, currently , the templates are shared with all customers
