### "Pre made Test library saves a lot of time "

Pros

As an agency recruiter, Testlify has been a real lifesaver with its many pre-made tests for general skills, job positions such as project management, attention to detail and numeric reasoning. This helps us to accurately screen the aptitude of the candidates for the requests we receive from our clients.

Cons

We encountered a problem where a test couldn't be saved due to either not entering the title first or not inviting the candidates, leading to a frustrating experience.

Testlify is a powerful tool for teams of any size to utilize. Not only can it provide help in recruitment, but it is great for team building and relationship development as well. It offers assistance like helping teams identify strengths and weaknesses, build skills and strategies, improve communication, and identify potential challenges.

Pros

I find Testlify to be an incredibly effective platform that is very user-friendly and easy to use. I appreciate all of the tools available that help me better understand personality profiles, and the support team is always responsive and helpful. What I like best is how fast and simple it is for candidates to complete yet still providing an in-depth analysis. Overall, I am very satisfied with Testlify.

Cons

I really like this platform overall, but one thing I find challenging is the manual process of starting our assessments for candidates. Fortunately, I have always had the support I need to use this program successfully.

### "Avoid this product"

Pros

I was drawn to Testlify based on the pricing model, making it easier and cheaper to run assessments for candidates.

Cons

After testing multiple qualified candidates with years of experience in their respective fields, I noticed that the test scores were coming back quite low and did not make sense. I gave several tests to myself and noticed that the tests were riddled with grammatical, design, and linguistic errors. Some of the questions were not questions at all, but a random sentence with four options to choose from. I took screenshots and shared them with support, requesting a refund (which was granted). After the refund was granted I received a kind email from the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], who asked me to retake the tests after they were looked at and corrected. Having qualified candidates take these tests was a complete embarrassment to my business. I would avoid this product at all costs.

Pros

The primary benefit of implementing Testlify's assessments has resulted in the improvement of internal communication and coordination between all teams involved for that job position ranging from the respective managers , clients and even the finance , admin team members. Furthermore, it gives us a more accurate representation of any potential hire's actual abilities in a professional manner that goes beyond reviewing a vast amount of resumes.

Cons

I could not find any drawbacks. The candidate experience and the recruitment process has dynamically improved. Earlier it used to take us 20 days to hire a good candidate. Now we have been able to close 8 positions in just 7 to 10 days on a average

The Hire quality talents feature has greatly improved our recruitment process here at our organization. Not only does it offer extensive information about potential candidates, but it can also assess the suitability of personnel for certain positions. It is intuitive and allows us to gain a deep understanding of skills, knowledge and experience that would be necessary for a successful placement. During the recruitment process, this feature provides valuable insights about candidates' personal and managerial development that are otherwise difficult to obtain. As a result, we are able to make more informed hiring decisions that align with our recruitment objectives and expectations.

Pros

I was introduced to the platform a year ago. I tried their early adopters program and I haven't stopped using the product. The platform is very clean and simple. Very efficiently i can send invite to the candidates and evaluate their skills. It has helped me hire good managers for my clients in much lesser time compared to the previous process of hiring.

Cons

In the start test library quality was very basic and generic. I think they still need to add more good quality of pre test but they have added quite a few now. Each month the product is improving.

The most beneficial aspect of Testlify is its proctoring, which allows us to ensure the person we interviewed is the same individual we are endorsing for the final interview. This is especially helpful since we do a lot of remote hiring, and it is much simpler for our candidates to access. Testlify is also very willing to customize and implement our product requirements are eager to comprehend our needs

I believe it would be beneficial if there were a multitude of different questions for each skill. Otherwise the platform is really helpful

Cons

It would be incredibly useful if there were more options available when it came to tasks in certain languages. It would provide learners with a greater variety of exercises and allow them to explore topics in depth. A great addition to this concept would be the ability to create our own questions

As an HR professional, I cannot speak highly enough of Testlify. It has enabled me to move away from traditional performance metrics and adopt more modern behavioral systems instead, helping me create performance teams that are greater than the sum of their parts for maximum effectiveness. In addition, it has been invaluable when recruiting – allowing us to predict how a person might behave in a given situation and fitting them into our team accordingly. It's given us so much useful insight into people's natural tendencies that it's hardly a surprise using the tool is now an essential part of my job!

Cons

No bad concerns about Testlify. I have been highly satisfied with Testlify; it has enabled me to effectively manage people and conduct interviews with ease. That being said, I believe it would be beneficial if Testlify provided more resources for team dynamics for users to create their own sessions.

Users get to choose from their selection of industry-specific assessments, while they can also create and customize tests with just the right questions that fit the position they are hiring for. With Testlify comprehensive testing tools you can easily filter candidates without being inundated with hundreds of applications.

Cons

Sadly, this site has several drawbacks. One of them is that you will be charged an extra fee for using a foreign currency. Additionally, the assessments results is not always reliable and they should offer more software applications.

Pros

I did integrate the app with a ATS Platform- Recruitee. That is how we got introduced to Testlify marketplace . We did understand the need of assessment for quick informed hiring and Testlify helped us customize assessments. The solutions are much helpful. We were able to connect our ATS data efficiently.

Cons

We have not been able to understand and use the pre-made assessment templates. Their library is vast though. But if there was a tutorial how could we map the correct top skills and not make a long one

I would really appreciate it if they have have a mobile app that was able to work. Having the analytics on the go would be really beneficial for me.

Pros

The pros of the software is that it is very easy to use and simple. You can invite candidates in bulk and validate their set of skills and expertise. It fairly gives a nice idea about the expected performance a candidate will bring onboard

Cons

In my observation I feel the pre-made test library quality needs improvement. They have a feature to add customized questions. Most of the time that feature is used the most since the pre-made test library questions are highly textual and repetitive

Pros

It saves tremendous time in screening the bulk resumes we had received on LinkedIn while I was hiring for a junior sales development represtative last month. I was happy the platform helped me screen and shortlist within a week without wasting my time in unnecessary interview process.

Cons

Since I was incremental in implementation of the software in my organization hiring team , I found they do not have video tutorials in making the HR understand what type of assessments will be required for the specific job roles. Testlify test library is huge and choosing the correct assessment can be tricky

Cons

Send reminders to the candidates more regularly. Ensure that the search function works for both names and email addresses, so that candidates can be located quickly and easily. Ensure that the system is clean and comprehensive.

You are able to customize the content according to your own preferences and needs. This saves time from having to rely on pre-made assessments, yet still gives you all of the power in assessing potential candidates to make sure that you select the best person for the job.

Cons

Having automated emails set up to inform both recruiters and applicants when someone completes an assessment would be a valuable tool. Notifications of completion, along with comprehensive reviews of a candidate's results, could greatly simplify the hiring process.
