Pros This software is very easy to use but has a few quirks you have to get used to. The inclusion of Python is very handy for advanced functions.They also write drivers for common printers that beat vendor drivers hands down. Cons The interface is a little tricky to get used to, but once you do its fine.Would be nice if it came with a script library filled with all kinds of different things you can do with Pythin and NiceLabel. Once you get the hang of the system and you are familiar it works well for the design of labels and printing of batch information as needed. We have adapted the system to work for us but it has not been straightforward. Cons To change / edit labels it is not easy and you would need in depth training really to pick this up. Interface is very user friendly and easy to find functions. Cons For me multiple licnesing can be very confusing. I found it very hard to set up templates. When exporting to PDF, the label and graphics quality deteriorated significantly. I have to install other PDF printer to remain vector images quality. Some of the best customer support that I've ever experienced. Up-to-date web platform that is feature rich and will be able to support current industry trends of cloud-based software and integrations. Pros LabelCloud allows us to store all our label formats in the cloud, which can be cached locally in the event of an internet outage. WebClient allows applications to be stored in the cloud, and accessed via any local webClient. Integration to other systems both in the cloud and locally is straight-forward. We connect locally to SQL and to Dynamics 365 in the cloud. The NiceLabel Automation server accepts data from our networked scales and creates print requests via a trigger. Cons Label Cloud started off with a few bugs (i.e. AAD, etc), but have been resolved. Applications in the cloud have run slowly at times, but performance has been improved. Pros I love the serialization and customization features and how easy it is to use.
