Each employee offers something for the participation of these volunteers and raises their satisfaction potential to know that I help other people and in turn helps out of work monotony

Pros

In the manner that is worked by volunteering increases the skills and commitment of employees to the projects to be part without receiving any monetary payment but a thanks and satisfaction of being able to help others

Cons

For no reason have failed us with their services, they have always been clear and precise in each volunteer project that we attend
