Pros The service and customer support we receive is consistently outstanding. We also find the platform very intuitive and user-friendly. The final product is always of high quality and is delivered within our deadlines. We frequently require last-minute changes to our iXBRL report, and our IRIS team always kindly ensures these changes are made in time for our filing. However, we recognize that making last-minute changes to pages and sections can sometimes be challenging especially if there are many, so our only suggestion for improvement would focus on this area. Pros Firstly, we are very happy with IRISCARBON professionalism and competences. The DM features they had proposed were very helpful preventing multiple file versions, converting the data from Excel to Word and iXBRL and switching between the languages. Secondly, the team is flexible with the time limits. And finally, the team has a great desire to help. Cons There were several technical issues which were resolved (for example number formats). The other ones are still to be resolved/implemented (for example changing the table layout and simultaneously changing the other language report). But IRISCARBON are working to eliminate all the disadvantages of the platform.
