Pros

I really like how easy it is to navigate through Mindr Connect. It really has done wonders at keeping employees engaged and up-to-date on upcoming company events and initiatives.

Cons

From an optics and branding standpoint, it would be great if larger photos were allowed when attaching an image to an Event or Call to Action post.

Mindr Connect has been an amazing tool for my ERG. It has made our communications and event planning much easier and efficient. Its been a game changer from the manual processes that we relied upon prior to Mindr Connect. It is intuitive and easy to use which is helpful given the number of users that utilize Mindr Connect from our ERG. I am a very satisfied customer!

Pros

It is very easy to use software. It does not require much training to roll out. It is easy to create events and calls-to-action. The draft and preview functionality works very well. I feel confident when I send an invite out that it will look nice.

Cons

It would be great to set up a calendar function for the leadership of each ERG so we can see when sub-committees are planning events to prevent overlap and adequate spacing. It would be helpful to have better formatting within the text boxes of the Meeting Minutes/Agenda. Things like the ability to indent and create bullets and sub-bullets. I have also sent a batch email to the members and the spacing between paragraphs is lost once I hit send. It makes it look like each paragraph is right on top of each other and its a bit hard to read. It would be helpful to have the option to automatically send out an event reminder on a certain date when initially establishing the event invite.

This was a game-changer for us. We were able to increase our membership base, create and manage distribution lists/membership lists and improve our marketing. The difference from our previous third-party system is we now feel like we are in control and can move things forward on our timeline.

Pros

I like the way the software is organized. Easy to sign up as a member for all of the Employee Resource Groups offered in our company. As a result, each ERG has experienced a massive upsurge in membership. Also, the leadership dashboard offers the ability to create invitation/meeting agendas and other correspondence that is able to be reviewed by the leadership team prior to sending. Call to Action and other tools to incentivize our membership base is also a constructive functionality. There are so many possibilities we have yet to discover.

Cons

There were small updates that needed to be addressed and Mindr was able to make those upgrades handily. If any functionality is missing or needs to be improved, Mindr takes that feedback and implements them in future upgrades within reason.

I would recommend working with Mindr four out of four stars. Mindr Connect has saved me hundreds of hours of time by giving us a place to manage our Employee Resource Groups, and one system to hold all of our data. Not only is it a great software, but Mindr works specifically in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, which gives them an edge, as most ERG software are people working in tech, and they do not understand the companies needs for diversity.

Pros

Before Mindr Connect we used software that did not work. Our ERG's could not access the software, which meant as the ERG lead, every small update, membership update, report access, and small change to their page fell to me to do. Mindr Connect changed all of that, it empowered our leaders, they can now manage their own groups.

Cons

As this is a new product, we have features that we are still rolling out. However, Mindr has helped make this easy, their customer service is incredible, and I cannot wait to see the new features as they role out.

Diverst did not work. Most people could not even log on to Diverst. If they could, most of our ERG leaders access did not work, which meant I needed to make all the changes. Employees could not usually login and sign up as a member.

Reasons for choosing Mindr Connect

I did research, and no other company offered what Mindr Connect did. All other software out there is more of an event management system rather than a DEI software.
