They deliver what they promise and more. I highly recommend them. Pros Easy to set up your strategic plan and then to track progress 24/7. Simple update process. 24/7 availability. The nudging capability in itself pays for cost. A must for leaders who are looking for a better and less time consuming way to track execution progress Cons The structure can take a little time to get through the first time but then becomes easy to use. Well worth the learning curve. Pros The ability to handle both Top down Governance for managing strategic initiatives as well as Bottom Up Engagement involving the entire organisation. Cons Still a relatively young SEM product company so less functionality than more mature solutions but they have what is essential and it helps keep it simple to use. I highly recommend it. Pros We needed to establish a clear overview of our strategic progress and DecideAct really helped us with that. We got our team a lot more engaged as they could see how important their contribution was right on their dashboard. Follow-ups have gotten a lot easier too as the system is taking care of that for us. We can also see if something is not executed before it is too late so it helps us prioritize the important strategic initiatives instead of getting lost in operational day-to-day tasks. The experts at DecideAct really know about strategy execution and the onboarding team was great. Cons Not being able to customize the dashboard - but I hear that is being worked on.
