Having one app to set up an appointment, conduct the inspection with the use of templates if needed and also the ability to process invoices and payments with the data being synced across all my devices is awesome. Straight forward yet filled with features and the added Knowledge Base and keyword search is always there if in need of help. Pros The straightforward process of setting up an appointment and then the further benefit of having multiple inspection templates to streamline an inspection. Cons Nothing. Look forward to more States/Provinces being added for the convenience of using the detailed property address section in other countries.
