Fantástica, nunca lo había probado, y lo encuentro una aplicación muy útil a la hora de enviar campañas o new letters.

Pros

Que es fácil de utilizar, el soporte de atención al cliente es de 10, son muy amables y competentes.

Cons

No hay mucho que decir de desventajas, al igual la forma de acceder a la aplicación a la hora de verificar.

Llevamos varios años trabajando con Acrelia y, por el momento, el nivel de satisfacción es muy alto.

Pros

Es una plataforma muy intuitiva y fácil de usar con menús completos. A demás tienes unas estadísticas muy completas.

Cons

Me gustaría encontrar plantillas con diseños más diferenciados a las existentes ya que las actuales son algo similares.

En general, estoy muy contenta con Acrelia, ya que su plataforma resulta práctica, eficiente y sencilla de usar, aunque con pequeños ajustes de personalización sería aún mejor.

Pros

La web de Acrelia es muy intuitiva y fácil de usar, lo que permite trabajar de manera ágil y cómoda en todas las funciones que ofrece, facilitando la gestión de campañas.

Cons

Sería ideal poder personalizar de manera más completa la ubicación y la cantidad de los botones, ya que esto permitiría adaptar la interfaz a las necesidades específicas de cada usuario y mejorar la eficiencia

Hace años que uso Acrelia. Lo he usado trabajando para distintas empresas y el servicio siempre ha sido excelente. También lo he recomendado a varios colegas.

Pros

El servicio de atención al cliente. Próximo, humano, accesible y resolutivo. Tienes un teléfono al que llamar y donde responde una persona. Inaudito en el sector!

Cons

Quizás la plataforma no es visualmente tan atractiva como otras herramientas, pero es una cuestión puramente estética sin resultado en los envíos

La interfaz es muy intuitiva y fácil de usar, lo que hace que gestionar nuestras campañas sea un proceso fluido y sin complicaciones. Además, los informes que proporciona son muy detallados y completos, lo que nos permite analizar el rendimiento de cada envío con precisión. Sin embargo, lo que más valoramos es el excelente soporte técnico. Siempre que hemos tenido alguna duda o inconveniente, el equipo de soporte ha sido increíblemente rápido y efectivo en resolver nuestros problemas. Esto nos da una gran tranquilidad, sabiendo que contamos con un servicio confiable en todo momento. Recomendamos ampliamente este servicio a cualquier empresa que busque una solución profesional, eficiente y con un excelente respaldo técnico.

La interface es sencilla de utilizar y muy intuitiva. Diseñar la newsletter es muy rápido y cómodo con el sistema de bloques, que puedes añadir o eliminar.

Un 10! En todas las empresas que he trabajado contrato los servicios de acrelia. La atención por parte del equipo es brillante y la plataforma muy intuitiva. Por lo que no hace falta ninguna formación para poder empezar a utilizar la plataforma.

Pros

La atención recibida en todo momento si tienes cualquier problema o cualquier duda, la plataforma es muy intuitiva y sencilla de usar. Es una herramienta imprescindible y fundamental tanto para emailings masivos internos de empresa como externos y sobretodo es una gran herramienta para venta de productos o servicios.

Cons

Cuando haces campañas muy grandes el precio para una pyme es un poco elevado. Para eliminar contactos tienes que ir uno por uno en vez de poder cribar y hacer una eliminación conjunta.

Hoy es nuestra plataforma de confianza, y estamos muy agradecidos por su excelente servicio y atención.

La comunicación fluida, la resolución de todas nuestras dudas y, finalmente, contar con una plataforma de email marketing que realmente nos ayuda.

Cons

En realidad, no tenemos ninguna queja. Quizá la interfaz es un poco antigua, pero esto no afecta en absoluto su funcionamiento
