Meine allgemeine Erfahrung mit inSign ist insgesamt gut. Verbesserungspotenzial sehe ich gelegentlich in der Bedienlogik in einzelnen Details, aber das beeinträchtigt den Gesamteindruck nur gering.

Pros

die intuitive Benutzeroberfläche, die eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Nutzung ermöglicht, sowie der persönliche und sehr schnelle Support, der bei Fragen oder Problemen zuverlässig weiterhilft.

Cons

Am wenigsten gefällt mir, dass nicht von Anfang an klar ersichtlich war, dass in den Benutzereinstellungen firmenspezifische Angaben hinterlegt werden müssen.

Ich nutze inSign inzwischen seit einigen Monaten. Vorher hatte ich die Lösung lediglich eingebettet über einen anderen Anbieter genutzt. Erst mit der eigenen Einzellizenz habe ich gemerkt, wie umfangreich die Möglichkeiten tatsächlich sind – beispielsweise durch Serienelemente, deutlich mehr Detailoptionen und insgesamt mehr Flexibilität. Gerade im Makleralltag empfinde ich die Einzellizenz deshalb als klaren Vorteil gegenüber eingebetteten Lösungen über Pools oder andere Softwareanbieter. Auch die gesamte Einrichtung verlief unkompliziert: Beantragung, Freischaltung und Rechnungsstellung waren schnell und problemlos erledigt. Den Support musste ich bisher noch nicht kontaktieren, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Insgesamt bin ich mit der Funktionalität und der gesamten Abwicklung aber wirklich sehr zufrieden.

Pros

Mir gefällt an inSign vor allem die extrem einfache und intuitive Handhabung. Das Setzen von Unterschriftsfeldern funktioniert schnell und unkompliziert und ich kann sehr genau festlegen, welche Art der Unterschrift benötigt wird – zum Beispiel handschriftlich, mit oder ohne Stempel oder mit unterschiedlichen Sicherheitsstufen. Auch die Auswahl des zweiten Faktors ist flexibel. Besonders positiv finde ich, dass meine Kunden keinen zusätzlichen Account anlegen oder sich irgendwo kompliziert einloggen müssen. Dadurch ist die Hürde deutlich geringer und die Unterzeichnung erfolgt erfahrungsgemäß schneller und zuverlässiger. Sehr praktisch ist außerdem, dass man nicht umständlich mit der Maus unterschreiben muss, sondern die Unterschrift bequem über ein separates Gerät mit Touchdisplay, z. B. ein Smartphone oder Tablet, leisten kann. Das macht den gesamten Prozess deutlich angenehmer. Zusätzlich bietet inSign alles, was ich von einer professionellen Signaturlösung erwarte: Erinnerungsfunktionen, mehrere Unterzeichner, Reihenfolgen bei der Unterschrift und viele weitere Detailmöglichkeiten.

Cons

Bisher sind mir ehrlich gesagt keine nennenswerten Nachteile aufgefallen. Ich nutze inSign sehr gerne und hatte bislang keine Probleme im Alltag. Allerdings habe ich auch nur begrenzte Vergleichsmöglichkeiten mit anderen Anbietern am Markt und nutze die Software als Einzellizenz im Makleralltag.
