Pros Before choosing the 360 SMS app, I considered various other texting solutions for Salesforce but got stuck at 360 SMS. This app has all the features that one could imagine for seamless business texting. Easily configurable surveys helped to capture unique data faster for every new use case. Overall experience is commendable. " Pros 11 channels in one app for Salesforce communication. No separate integration is required for different channels. SMS drip campaigns and surveys are configurable without any technical knowledge. This capability of the app worth your penny.
