Pros

Simple, fast, and native to Salesforce. Other important features are iText (Chatbot), Drip Campaigns.

Cons

Sometimes we face Carrier Violation errors but this is not related to the 360 SMS app. It is more related to the network provider.

The app is hardly ever bugged, always works great! In addition the customer support is amazing and always so helpful. Gourav Hotwani always goes over and beyond to take care of any issues I have!

The best solution for all your messaging needs. Whether you want to communicate one-on-one, send bulk messages, or automate text messages, it lets you do it all in the blink of an eye. Highly recommended.

Pros

Before choosing the 360 SMS app, I considered various other texting solutions for Salesforce but got stuck at 360 SMS. This app has all the features that one could imagine for seamless business texting. I would definitely recommend the 360 SMS app.

Cons

The only con I find is that the app doesn't support video calling.

"Quick and easy set up. Multiple channels have helped us communicate with prospects and customers over their preferred channel and run multi-channel drip campaigns. Easily configurable surveys helped to capture unique data faster for every new use case. Overall experience is commendable. "

Pros

11 channels in one app for Salesforce communication. No separate integration is required for different channels. SMS drip campaigns and surveys are configurable without any technical knowledge. This capability of the app worth your penny. Support team is excellent and absolutely delighted to work with.

Cons

Sometimes conversation over calls is a bit unclear. But its a temporary issue nothing big.
