Llevaba 20 años usando un programa hasta que la empresa Cegid lo sustituyó, no me hicieron la formación hasta después de cobrarme un año. EL programa no me ha gustado nada, he solicitado la cancelación y la devolución de las mensualidades no disfrutadas. La cancelación la han hecho muy bien, en eso han estado muy ágiles, pero se niegan a devolver el importe de las mensualidades que faltan hasta el año. Muy mala experiencia.

Pros

No me ha gustado nada. Me costaba demasiado tiempo hacer cualquier asiento. Nada intuitivo.

Cons

No me ha resultado nada intuitivo, muy complejo

De momento bien, espero que las API´s sean fácilmente accesible y sin coste alguno.

Pros

Intuitivo y completo, automatización de introducción de asientos contables, contabilidad colaborativa, puedes hacer la guerra ya con tu cliente y no cada uno por su cuenta.

Cons

No localizamos API´s abierta. Parece ser que cuesta la misma vida poder realizar integración con otras aplicaciones que nos gustaría introducir como centinelas, abre cartas de la administración, chatbot, cuadro de mando integral, etc.... Hace varios días contactamos con una empresa para integrar otras aplicaciones y me han comentado que han dejado de integrar sus aplicaciones con Diez Software.

Integraba nóminas, Odoo se mete laboral en todo Europa excepto en España. Sage y Walters hace dos años y medio estaba todo muy embrionario.

El soporte está disponible por teléfono (sólo por teléfono, no por correo electrónico). Los problemas sencillos también pueden resolverse allí inmediatamente. Los problemas básicos se solucionarán enseguida, pero después de 6 meses con el software, no se ha solucionado ni un solo problema importante. Se hicieron promesas por escrito, pero no se cumplieron. Es muy difícil trabajar con este software. Habíamos previsto optimizar nuestros procesos con este software. Pero la realidad es que tras la introducción del software tenemos más trabajo que antes. No hay alivio, sino todo lo contrario.

Pros

El módulo de contabilidad es bastante bueno y fácil de usar. Contiene todas las funciones necesarias de un software de contabilidad. La interfaz de usuario es muy clara y fácil de aprender.

Cons

Por desgracia, el programa de facturación no es suficiente para trabajar profesionalmente en equipo. Faltan funciones importantes. No hay conciliación entre la contabilidad y el programa de facturación. Sólo se pueden importar datos manualmente. Aunque se comercializa bajo el nombre de ERP DIEZ Despacho como una solución completa, es sólo un resumen de los módulos individuales en una interfaz. Algunos datos se transfieren automáticamente, pero está lejos de ser una solución de software integrada profesional para asesores fiscales.

Después de que el Comercial nos dijera que el programa podía hacer todo lo que buscábamos, fue una buena solución a un buen precio.

ERPDiez va muy bien para tener toda la información en un lugar.

Pros

Es intuitivo de hacer funcionar, lo tiene todo integrado.

Cons

El traspaso de datos es muy complicado se quedan muchos datos por el camino y da mucho trabajo cerrar el año

La experiencia está siendo muy buena, tanto al principio en la implantación, la formación inicial, el traspaso de datos del anterior software, la asistencia en el día a día...ahora rentabilizamos más nuestro tiempo

Lo que más me gusta del Erp es que integra y digitaliza todos los procesos de mi asesoría, facilitándonos el trabajo por tener todo lo que necesitamos en un único programa.

Cons

En principio me gusta todo, no puedo reseñar nada negativo. Nos hemos adaptado bien al software.
