I mainly appreciate how it pushes us to be more professional in our communications and strive to be clear and concise. It makes us focus on concrete actions and results. As an art education company, we are very creative but lack the business experience sometimes to get things succesffully off the ground. Agreed helps us to see ourselves more seriously as a team of colleagues . Pros I like the real-time collaboration aspect, the ease of use, and the uncluttered way it is presented. It makes you keep things simple and fosters clearer communication. Cons I'm not sure how necessary it is for very small businesses, like mine. It could benefit from different versions, specifically designed for different sizes or types of business. This is something I'd be interested to see in future versions of the software.
