It's easy to use and very helpful for those that are into crypto and very trustworthy I highly recommend

Overall, my experience has been very positive. It’s one of the easiest wallets I’ve used, and it feels designed for both beginners and people who just want something reliable without too much hassle. I like that I don’t have to worry about losing a recovery phrase, and everything just works smoothly. It’s become my go-to wallet for convenience and peace of mind.

Pros

What I like most is how simple and secure it feels compared to other crypto wallets I’ve used. The setup was straightforward and I didn’t have to deal with complicated seed phrases, which makes it a lot less stressful. The app itself is clean and easy to navigate, and I feel confident using it even for larger amounts. The security features, especially the biometric recovery, are a big plus for me.

Cons

One thing I don’t like as much is that it doesn’t support as many coins as some other wallets. It would be good to see a wider range of assets added over time. Also, some of the features can feel a bit limited if you’re more experienced and want advanced options.

My overall experience with zengo has been very positive, buying and selling crypto on this platform is simple, also the many coins they offer helps me stay in the loop.

Pros

I like how many different coins they offer and how easy it was to buy/sell crypto. Customer support was very prompt and helpful with any issues.

Cons

I don't have any cons other than the optional membership features not being offered on the free tier.

My overall experience is that the app is built well. It just needs some tweaks here and there to make it own.

Pros

Very easy to use app. Clean interface that works well. Token support is very nice. Color scheme is good too.

Cons

The wallet backup cloud features broke. So now i cant restore my wallet and lost my tokens. Shojld ne email restore.

I enjoyed using the platform. It was easy to sign up and to navigate after so. Very transparent platform.

Pros

Great customer service and quick purchase speeds. I never once have felt uneasy about our relationship.

Cons

I can name one to detail. I will say that the security is a little high but thats a plus.

My overall experience with this company left a horrible taste in my mouth. I lost over $100 in a trade online that then had to have different valued crypto to exchange it then I had to buy more on their platform to send the exchanged crypto which was never explained. The entire process from start to finish cost me over $100 and i’ll never do business with yall again.

Pros

The look of the app is sleek and stylish and will pull you in given it looks futuristic.

Cons

The customer service here is very very very dry. Do not expect them to be sympathetic in the least if you lose tons of money on transactions. Like they told me, they didn’t initiate any trades it was me doing all that. Well maybe you should educate your customers while you speak to them instead of talk down to them and leave them feeling hopeless.
