Our whole organisation uses trainn and we use the add coworkers feature too, to manage access. It is really great to use trainn Pros It is a very simple, easy to use software where I can do a lot very easily. I can create videos in minutes, edit the VoiceOver, edit the screens and internally share the videos as well (without hosting them anywhere else) Cons There are no feature that are not useful.
