Pros The program has many features that are very useful for an office with many clients. It organizes all the files. Entering billable hours and file disbursements is easy which makes billing clients quick. Cons I think that the program needs to more updated look in order to make it more user friendly. It can be at times confusing since there are so many functions. I do not think the set up is user friendly.
