Problemlos und sehr transparent - ein wirklich tolles Hotelmanagement Programm für kleine bis mittlere Betriebe.

Pros

die sehr einfache Bedienbarkeit. Das Programm erklärt sich größtenteils von selbst und man benötigt tatsächlich keine lange Einarbeitung. Das Onboarding war völlig unkompliziert und der stets prompte freundliche Service des Visitor Teams überzeugt ebenfalls. Zudem arbeitet das Team ständig an Verbesserungen des Programms und geht dabei tatsächlich sehr gut auf Kundenwünsche ein.

Cons

Das es noch keine gute Lösung für Touristikstatistiken gibt für die IDEV Statistikmeldung. Ansonsten gibt es von meiner Seite nichts.

eviivo konnte aufgrund versteckter Kosten, die bei dem Modul System von eviivo entstanden nicht überzeugen. Zudem war Onboarding und Handhabung um vieles aufwendiger, nerviger und unübersichtlicher bei eviivo.

Die Installation sowie durch den guten Service wächst man sehr schnell in das neue System rein. Auch bei meinen kleinen Problemfällen war das Team sehr schnell aktiv und lösten diese umgehend. Ich fühle mich gut aufgehoben.

Pros

Das Handling der App, Der Service im Hintergrund und ich kenne nichts vergleichbares, das an diese App herankommt.

Cons

Die freie Preisgestaltung könnte etwas verbessert werden. Nicht alle Portale sind verknüpfbar, aber das ist auch bei der hohen Anzahl von Anbietern undenkbar.

Ich habe das Hotelprogramm nun einige Wochen im Einsatz und bin insgesamt zufrieden. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist übersichtlich gestaltet, die wichtigsten Funktionen wie Zimmerverwaltung, Buchungsübersicht und Rechnungsstellung sind intuitiv nutzbar.

Pros

Gutes Programm und es erleichtert das Leben im Hotel und es ist alles organisierter. Das ist Super...

Cons

Es sind wirklich viel mehr Buchungen reingekommen. Das wurde auch versprochen und es wurde gehalten. Vielen Dank.

Wir nutzen Visitor nun seit etwa zwei Monaten und sind rundum zufrieden. Die Einarbeitung verlief reibungslos, das Team von Visitor war jederzeit für uns da und hat uns bei allen Fragen schnell unterstützt. Besonders beeindruckt sind wir von der automatischen Synchronisation: Unsere Unterkünfte sind auf verschiedenen Buchungsportalen präsent, und alle Reservierungen werden automatisch im übersichtlichen Kalender eingetragen. Das verhindert Überbuchungen und spart uns viel Zeit und Nerven. Die Bedienung der Visitor-App ist kinderleicht, selbst für Technikneulinge. Insgesamt fühlen wir uns mit Visitor bestens aufgehoben und können die Software jedem empfehlen, der seine Buchungen professionell und stressfrei managen möchte.

Pros

Seit wir mit Visitor zusammenarbeiten, hat sich unser Arbeitsalltag enorm vereinfacht. Die Einarbeitung war wirklich toll und der Support ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders begeistert sind wir davon, dass Überbuchungen dank der Visitorsoftware endlich der Vergangenheit angehören. Unsere Ferienwohnungen sind jetzt auf mehreren Onlineportalen gelistet und alle Buchungen werden automatisch im Reservierungskalender eingetragen.

Cons

Negativ ist uns bisher nicht an Visitor aufgefallen. Alles Funktioniert so wie es soll und wir hatten auch noch keinerlei Probleme

Das man dem Problem an Doppelbuchungen leichter aus dem Weg gehen kann. Sehr einfache Handhabung.

Cons

Es wäre schön, wenn es auch mit Feratel kompatibel wäre.
