I have tried several other services to see what feature/benefits I may be missing, but afterwards, felt comfortable with this platform, features, price and consistency. Pros The ease of use and simple design interface was a pleasure to work with in building campaigns quickly. We enjoyed exploring the different types of QR functions to take our campaigns beyond simple URL redirects. Cons The Basic plan has all the functionality we need to run successful tracked campaigns. However, since nearly all of our markets are in the U.S., the global heat map offers no value. I would have hoped the Basic plan would break down what States within showed activity. Review Source R Reviewer Director of Digital Marketing Used the software for: 1-3 years ### "Much more than just to display restaurant menus" July 6, 2023 4.0 It was great for menus during pandemic, but since then we are using more for on property signage and offline promotions. Pros Customizable code and ease of use back end. Cons WE would really like to have links and PDFs under one code. Currently not available. Review Source R Reviewer Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance Used the software for: 3-5 years ### "The Arc of Monmouth" July 11, 2023 5.0 Good but could be better; it would have been nice to receive an email instead of going into the website to see if there were any alert. Pros Easy to use and the organization was able to track employees Covid-19 contacts. Cons When changes were made by CDC, uQR did not update the changes even after I contacted them. Review Source R Reviewer Marketing Assistant Used the software for: Less than 1 year ### "Very convenient and unique!" July 11, 2023 5.0 Marketing and we are saving money on paper because we no longer have to print full color flyers to display at the houses, we have the QR code direct to the tour of the house with all the information needed for the houses. Pros I love how the QR codes are customizable, we can reuse them and just have them re-directed to another website. There are also so many options to direct the qr to, like the social media page, digital business card, and so much more! Cons Sometimes the website tells me the QR code is readable when I put the logo in the middle and when I go to scan it, it is not readable or scannable. I love the company and highly recommend it to all businesses. Pros One of the most important qualities of uQR.me is their support. I have always been able to have any issue, question or how-to-do answered right away. They are probably the best in their understanding of the product and communicate with you in words you can easily understand. Cons I wish the how-to training was a little more prominent. Review Source R Reviewer Amministratore Used the software for: 1-3 years ### "Ottimo prodotto" July 5, 2023 5.0 Pros Facilità di utilizzo e personalizzazione, tantissimi tipi di servizi disponibili Cons Nell'ultimo periodo capita spesso che i link non funzionano per una 10ina di minuti, poi tutto riprende a funzionare Review Source R Reviewer Ristoratrice Used the software for: 1-3 years ### "Decisamente soddisfatta" July 5, 2023 5.0 mi trovo bene, è semplice ed efficace.
