But what has disappointed me is that some of Outvise's clients lack commitment. After I apply for a role, there may be a long wait for feedback, and then some clients change their mind and make other arrangements to fill a position. This gives me the impression that Outvise's relationships with some of their clients, need to be improved, so that Outvise gets stronger commitments from their clients to go ahead and select a candidate within a reasonable timeframe. Pros Applying for work on Outvise is focused and convenient. They ask me specific questions which help to identify whether I have the skills necessary for the job. Their recruitment team are helpful and supportive. Cons When completing one's profile and mentioning one's professional certifications, one must choose from a finite list of certifications. In every project, Outvise were able to find good, professional candidates in a timely manner. They not only provided knowledge and advice, they also provided great customer service particularly in the difficult circumstances that we’ve all experienced over the last two years. It was great to have a local resource available when we were unable to travel freely who understood local limitations and in-country challenges and act as an extension of my department. The speed of the selection process, the quality of the candidates and the competitive price make them a very good partner for any IT project.
