A product’s price can vary greatly based on features needed, support or training required, and customization requests. Some vendors want a chance to talk to you before being ruled out for pricing. When you find a product that fits your needs, you should talk to the vendor to figure out what they can offer.
MSP360 RMM Reviews
"Tired of your big bloated RMM? MSP360 RMM is refreshingly simple. "
Overall: MSP360 RMM has overall been a good experience. We found ConnectWise too big and needing too much hand holding so we were looking for a simpler solution. Having been a long time MSP360 customer we know that the product is relatively new and will continue to evolve over the years.
Pros: MSP360 RMM is a very simple RMM product offering the essentials: system resource monitoring, patch management, scripting, and remote control. It is not nearly as complex as something like ConnectWise, it's constantly evolving, and has a very attractive price point.
Cons: While it is considerably more simple than competing products and they are constantly adding new features I would love to see better reporting in general.
"The best way to centralize endpoints"
Pros: I can obtain real-time results of the status of my endpoints and thus be able to act quickly and with the necessary improvements to continue with business activity.
Cons: You should have a dedicated environment unique to this solution
"Director of Technology Services"
Overall: It seems like it has promise but will need more.
Pros: Cost is very good, features need more functionality
Cons: Needs more features and integrations to work with other vendors
"Excellent Remote Management Software "
Overall: I'm extremely happy with this product and used it every day to monitor and support my customers.
Pros: Being able to install and manage the software from the control panel is the best feature and one that I use everyday.
Cons: Connect. it works well but not as fast as my current solution. Unattended remote access is not as easy to setup and use either.
"MSP360 Backup and RMM"
Pros: We have used the backup product for a while now and it has performed well. We have started using the RMM and Connect portions recently and have liked the service so far.
Cons: Wish there was a Mac and mobile RMM and remote connect ability.
