Je me suis fait arnaquer par LegaLife. LegaLife m'a "abonné", j'ai constaté un prélèvement mensuel de 39€ auquel je ne me rappelle pas avoir souscris (j'ai probablement donné mes infos de CB pour avoir accès à quelque chose). Impossible d'accéder à mon compte pour annuler mon abonnement: je contacte le service client qui m'assure que Legalife n'a rien à voir là dedans. Mis devant l'évidence ils finissent par reconnaitre qu'ils sont à l'origine des prélèvements, m'assurent qu'ils vont traiter le dossier, mais il ne se passe rien et les prélèvement continuent. Scandaleux - c'est du vol, pur et simple. Des avocats? Sans foi ni loi.

Pros

Je ne m'en suis jamais servi. Ils m'ont juste prelevé de l'argent sans me demander.

Cons

Le service client reste innaccessible et imperméable à mes requêtes.
