I also highly value their customer service, which is a significant differentiator from other platforms. **Pros:** JBoard is a solid product with an intuitive interface, making it easy to use without needing deep technical expertise. I especially appreciate the clean UI and the speed with which pages load. The API integration and comprehensive documentation have been instrumental in customizing my board's backend, and the auto-importer is a real time-saver. Their customer service is also exceptional—fast, responsive, and always helpful, and was one of the things that made choose them. Integration with Stripe is seamless and has been crucial for monetizing my job board. **Cons:** While JBoard is easy to use, I wish there was more flexibility in customizing workflows—especially with the purchasing flow for posts, but I think the new no code launch will address this. Additionally, the dashboard could use improvement. It lacks the ability to track historical data, making it difficult to visualize growth trends over time. It would be extremely helpful to see metrics like job post performance between days, months, or other custom time periods.
