Uno tra i software più innovativi con un costo contenuto. Appena abbiamo iniziato ad utilizzarlo ci ha permesso di raddoppiare la produzione grazie alla fluidità e la facilità d’uso. Utile la possibilità di personalizzare gli ordini secondo le nostre esigenze.

Sostanzialmente nulla da segnalare se non qualche problema ( trascurabile) nei prodotti degli ordini.

Da quando ho iniziato ad utilizzare sidial per la mia azienda ho subito prodotto di più, statistiche alla mano effettuiamo più chiamate, abbiamo un controllo maggiore degli operatori e soprattutto i dipendenti stesso non potrebbero farne a meno

Pros

Il software è di una praticità unica e al tempo stesso ha uno Stile Super Professionale ideale per chi vuol crescere e gestire le vendite in modo controllato e sicuro, ti permette di gestire gli ordini e di avere il controllo della produzione in maniera maniacale.

Cons

Il prodotto non ha nessun tipo di svantaggio

Ho deciso dopo molti anni di esperienza nel settore di aprire il mio call center, mi sono affidata al team commerciale di Marfox dopo che un mio conoscente mi aveva parlato di Sidial. Sono rimasta estremamente soddisfatta soprattutto della parte di gestione delle liste che posso aggiornare a mio piacimento
