All my property rules and regulations were also pre-loaded. It's been very convenient and easy to use and I'd recommend this for any tenant whether it's for a HOA or a multi-family rental! Pros Ease of access to make payments online, submit maintenance requests, and access newsletter and additional information in the portal. Cons None as my time using Rezedent never had any issues.
