"Quick and Easy to Use Payment Processing"
Overall: SwipeSimple is a great payment processing system that allows you to take payments at a good pace and also ensuring the customer feels confident and non hesitant about using the application.
Pros: SwipeSimple is very easy to set up and get started using quickly. The payments are ran smoothly and efficiently with just the card number, expiration date and CVV. Our employees love the option for a percentage tip on of the screens before the customer signs.
Cons: Occasionally we will have issues where SwipeSimple will sign out on a device without acknowledgement
"Processing Payments"
Pros: This product is easy to install and use. There is a downloadable app for the iPad as well as a cloud-based product for our desktop users.
Cons: Daily report is accessible next day. Most of the reconciling is done after the fact but occasionally there is a same day need.
