It is intuitive, reliable, and supports strong collaboration and traceability. Overall, an outstanding experience. Pros Prodity has been extremely useful in our company for recording accident reports, near-misses, safety observations, and improvement suggestions. It allows structured data entry that makes classification and searching very easy. The platform is very intuitive and helps connect root causes identified during investigations with corrective actions. Each action has a deadline, an assignee, and full traceability throughout the process. Records, investigations, and action completion can be digitally signed by responsible users, which strengthens accountability. It’s an excellent tool for documentation, action tracking, and integrating the entire organization around safety topics. We were so satisfied that Prodity’s use was expanded across the company, including for preparing SCRAs. Customer support is excellent — very responsive and open to making changes or adjustments based on our needs. Cons The mobile user interface still has room for improvement.
