Pros

That I can follow the work for every agent on my organization effortless, and make them feel also their job is important to the company. I also like to grow and give our opinion on improving functionality.

Cons

I would like a web service app for permanent area services. Its not always possible to make them use their personal devices. Also I would like the capacity to upload more photos and video.
