Since we implemented it, HR processes that used to be manual and time consuming, like attendance, leave request, and payroll, have become a lot more organized and efficient since everything's integrated into one platform. There are still minor issues, like system slowing down during busy hours, feature needing more development, but overall has been really helpful for our day to day. Pros The payroll feature has been a hug help too, salary calculation, BPJS, and tax are all handled automatically, so our team doesnt have to do manual calculations that are prone to error anymore Cons I think the system can get a bit slow or laggy during peak hours, like when everyone's clocking in the same time in the morning. Also, when there are system updates, there isn't always a clear heads up beforehand, so it can be surprising when the layout or workflow suddenly changes.
